be eligible for. If no M.A., patients can call the clinic regarding specific income information to bring. They also

accept commercial dental insurance. Wautoma is north of Portage, east of Coloma at Hwy. 21 & 22.

emergency work, fillings and extractions, potential patients should call at 8:00 am Monday – Thursday to see if

same day of delivery. They take credit cards and offer Care Credit financing.

Neilsville is located southwest of Marshfield.

are in-house procedures only - no crowns, bridges, dentures, surgeries, orthodontics or whitening.
