What GPA do I use? For the UC’s and CSU’s you will use your 10-12 academic weighted GPA. For all
other universities you will use your 9-12 total GPA, colleges will specify weighted or non-weighted.
Where/When do I get a transcript?
Common App – Transcripts will be sent through Naviance by your counselor.
UC’s and CSU’s – No transcript required initially- only send one if you receive a request from
the college. You will order your transcript from the Registrar and provide a stamped envelope
with the address of the university admission office, do not list a return address.
Non-Common App requiring a letter of recommendation- If accepted electronically, your
counselor can send through Naviance. If paper copy required, you will order your transcript
from the Registrar and provide a stamped envelope with the address of the university
admission office to her, do not list a return address.

When do I send my test scores?
As soon as you are done with testing and you have your list of colleges. Go to
www.collegeboard.com to send SAT scores and www.act.org for ACT scores
~Remember to have your transcript with you when you are completing your application and to list all
of the high schools you attended. Do not use Aeries transcript online to complete your application.
Do not use plus and minus grades.~
