PUBLIC INFORMATION REQUEST
Killeen Independent School District, as a local governmental entity, is subject to the
requirements of the Texas Public Information Act.
All requests must be submitted in writing and should contain:

Fax number (if applicable)
Description of the information and/or document being requested
Method in which responsive information, if available, should be sent
A request for public information must be in writing and may be presented in person, mailed,
emailed, or faxed. Requests for student education records for students currently enrolled in the
District should be directed to the campus principal. To request a student’s transcript, please refer
